As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner, James has successfully managed and led teams through large-scale design and implementation projects, supported clients to stabilize and operate their business, and built methodologies and tools to support evolving needs of the government marketplace. As an innovative and progressive leader, James has the ability to successfully work with all levels of an organization and develop high performing, collaborative teams. 

James holds a B.S. in Business from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Auburn University.
